Had to replace an old worn out furnace and water heater. Colin and Riley responded quickly to our issue and continued with good communication until the work was complete. They were informative and courteous. They left the house neat and clean. Will definitely call again next time we have an issue!

We had a back up in our laundry room over the weekend and placed a call to A1. Very first thing Monday morning they fit us in to come fix what we thought was a septic problem. Ryan got there and assessed the situation and realized it wasn’t a septic pump we needed and he went and discovered what we actually needed was a plumber to snake a particular section of pipe. Ryan actually gave us the number of somebody who could come out ASAP and a couple hours later we had that guy out and fix the problem. We were so grateful to Ryan for taking some extra time to help me figure out what we needed. A1 is our go to for septic clean outs and I wouldn’t try anybody else.

For pumping out a septic they were very good and prompt. Not so much for inspections. Asked for an inspection and pump out when I bought a property in 2017 but they informed me upon arrival they could not do a proper inspection. Two years later, 2019, I asked them for just a pump out due to selling the property and they informed me of two things wrong with the system that I needed to fix! I don't want to sound negative so I would definitely use them again for a pump out, but I would be cautious of asking for an inspection.

My husband and I are new to having a septic system, so when we noticed a sewage smell and water pooling, we got nervous and called simply septic. They were fast, efficient and super informative. Highly recommend their company and services.

On initial call even though they did not do the type of service (peat moss septic) the kind lady took my name and number and set off to find someone who did and she called me back with the info. Amazing customer service.
